Responsibilities:

Attend to Service Desk phone calls and emails to provide first level Software Support Software Training will be given.

Requirements:

1Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
2Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong East.
3No work experience required.
4Full-Time position(s) available.
5Able to work in a team and also able to handle jobs independently
6Singaporeans only
7Team player
8Preferably with good communication and PR skills
9Able to work independently with minimum supervision
