Responsibilities:

1Good learning skill, able to test and deploy new products and updates
2Handle customers’ inquiry and conduct troubleshooting based on customers’ feedback
3To gather product issues and communicate with technical team hence resolve the issues
4Demonstrate good knowledge for web-based solutions and Internet security issues
5Demonstrate sufficient networking and hardware installation and troubleshooting skills
6IT forum support – reply customer inquiry in the forum, feedback of technical as well as any other product-related issues
7Good communication and documentation skills
8Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and plan for the best route

Requirements

1Diploma/ITE/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
2Preferably candidate specializing in Networking & IT related Technical Support or equivalent
3Good oral and written communication skills

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Experience:

  • Software engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
  • IT technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
