Responsibilities:
1 | Good learning skill, able to test and deploy new products and updates |
2 | Handle customers’ inquiry and conduct troubleshooting based on customers’ feedback |
3 | To gather product issues and communicate with technical team hence resolve the issues |
4 | Demonstrate good knowledge for web-based solutions and Internet security issues |
5 | Demonstrate sufficient networking and hardware installation and troubleshooting skills |
6 | IT forum support – reply customer inquiry in the forum, feedback of technical as well as any other product-related issues |
7 | Good communication and documentation skills |
8 | Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and plan for the best route |
Requirements
1 | Diploma/ITE/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. |
2 | Preferably candidate specializing in Networking & IT related Technical Support or equivalent |
3 | Good oral and written communication skills |
Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Experience:
- Software engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
- IT technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
