Systems Analyst

$2,500 – $4,000 a month – Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

1	Engage with customers to study their workflow processes and gather requirements.
2	Analyze and document project specifications, ensure smooth and clear communication with the development team throughout the project development phases.
3	Facilitate project testing and planning with proper use of tools and document techniques.
4	Demonstrate good teamwork and communication skills, willing to learn and explore new technologies.
5	Demonstrate project management skills including but not limited to proper formal or informal communications with customers and team members, cleared and precise documentation skills.
6	Able to manage job priorities and easing stress with proper time management.
7	Honest, responsible, and neat in work planning.

Requirements:

Major in or having relevant experiences in Software engineering, IT support/Business Analysis
Have relevant knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Have experience working with Agile development process will be an added advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good writing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Meticulous
Able to multi-task, take initiative and work independently with team members
Experience using UML, business analysis tools and software testing tools will be added advantage
Singaporean applicants will have priority
