Update firmware
For IGS03, you need to ensure that the firmware version is the latest (v1.1.9.2), if the firmware version is below that or is an uld version, you need to update the firmware by fullowing the guide below.
Register New Gateway
- Click on 数据设置 -> Beacon Device -> GATEWAY
- Click orange + nutton at right below side
- Fill in Name, Brand, Unique id/ Serial number device, then click SAVE
- Open again new registered gateway
- Login to Beacon Gateway in web browser, then setup the Application Settings like this
- Mode: MQTT Publish
- MQTT over TSL (MQTTS): Check
- Use Client Certificate: Uncheck
- Message Format: Plan text
- Appeand Timestamp: None
- Message Throttling: Uncheck
- Request Interval: 30 seconds
- Cache Full Handlling: Discard new input data
- Open the registered new gateway, copy Host URL, Host Port, Server Root CA, Public Topic, Username, Password, and Client ID from Cullie – MQTT Account Details to Beacon Gateway – Application Settings.
- Click Save, then REBOOT
